Over time, wool-flocked saddles will need to be completely reflocked. With extended use over time, the panels can compress and become hard and/or lumpy. I will need to take the saddle to be disassembled, the panels stripped of the existing wool and flocked with fresh wool on my workbench. The saddle will be returned to you cleaned and conditioned. Turnaround times vary, but I strive to have the saddle back to you within a week.
